Tarot Tuesday: The Axis, Three Cards and the Space Between Them

Tomorrow the Sun meets Jupiter in Leo while the Full Moon rises directly opposite them, two bodies together and one alone across the sky. So today’s spread is dealt the same way: two cards touching, a wide gap, then one card by itself. Each card speaks for its planet, and the empty space is a position too.
🐒 SUN (left): Ace of Wands
A primate climbs a bare staff in dim green light, a castle at its back and something burning on the far hillside. Nobody handed this one a ladder. This is the Sun in Leo tomorrow, lighting up the thing you have been climbing before you decided it was ready to be looked at. The climb is not finished. That is not a reason to let go of the staff.
🐅 JUPITER (center, edges touching the Sun): Queen of Wands
A crowned tiger sits on a stone throne ringed with sunflowers, storm clouds stacked behind her and not one of them her problem. Sunflowers turn to follow the sun all day, which is the most Leo thing a plant can do. Lay this card so it touches the Ace, because a conjunction is not two things happening near each other. It is two bodies producing one effect. Read the pair as a single sentence: something is starting, and you already have the authority to carry it.
◇ THE GAP (leave it open):
Real space, and do not close it. This is the distance between how a thing feels from the inside and how it reads from the outside. Tomorrow that distance is exactly 180 degrees, and you only control one end of it.
🐺 FULL MOON (right, across the gap): The Moon
Two wolves howl between a pair of standing stones beneath an enormous full moon, a still pool at their feet. Nobody in the image is hiding. Nobody can see clearly either. This is the Aquarius end of the axis, and it is what your growth looks like to people who were not there while you built it. They will form an opinion out of partial light and whatever they already believed about you. Full Moons do not wait until the timing suits you.
Read as one: the pair tells you what you have. The card across the gap tells you what other people are about to do with it. The work is not making those two match. It is knowing they are different before somebody else points it out.
