Love Horoscope for the Week of April 30

You know what’s crazier than a Full Moon? The build up. By the time a Full Moon pops, you’ve released much of the pent up energy that was, perhaps, driving you slightly mad.

This week drives inevitably towards the climactic energy of a Full Moon in passionate Scorpio. Sexcapades are strongly featured. That’s got to be a relief, especially if your libido was AWOL during Mars’s retrograde phase.

Still, Scorpio energy isn’t just about sex. Along with a strong urge to merge, there’s a genuine fear that the actual merge will either swallow you whole or never be enough. Secret fears abound, much of them pertaining to being discovered. (Just ask any Scorp in your life how comfortable they are with self-disclosure.) And, whether you’re born into the deep waters of Scorpio or not, there’s at least a little bit of the scorpion in all of us.

In a nutshell, this Full Moon heightens your desire to connect in a most meaningful way. It also intensifies your fear that you’re going to connect in a most meaningful way. Catch my drift? It’s like hoping desperately for something or someone you’ve wanted for so long—and then backing away from it as quickly as possible when it finally shows up on your doorstep.

It needn’t be that way, of course. You could choose to celebrate your abundance, even in the face of not knowing how it may affect you down the road. A special delivery is coming; will you accept the gift?
