The Fine Print

Payment and Delivery

• All transactions are via PayPal.
• Ebooks are immediately downloadable as PDFs. You will receive a download link. If the link does not appear on your transaction results page, please refresh the page. The link will also be included in your confirmation email.
• Reports will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Entering Birth Information

• Birth Date: To avoid ambiguity, please list birth date as Month/Day/Year.
• Birth Time: Make sure to include am or pm. A format like 17:30 (5:30pm) is also acceptable.
• Birth Location: Include city, state and country. Be as detailed as possible.

Guarantee

• Unless otherwise indicated on a specific product listing, if for any reason you are unhappy with a report or ebook, you can request a full refund – issued back to your PayPal account – within 30 days of your purchase. Email store@sasstrology.com with “Refund” in the subject line and the reason for your dissatisfaction in the body. Be sure to include the name and email address associated with your transaction
