Mercury in Pisces: February 13 to March 2

PiscesDream a little dream as Mercury moves into Pisces, awakening your imagination and sensitivity. The communication planet (Mercury) softens and opens when it joins with the last sign of the zodiac, allowing for greater awareness of the more subtle realms of life.

As far as relationships go, it may be more effective to try and connect non-verbally now, rather than pushing for clear and rational conversations. You can effortlessly intuit what another is thinking at this time, picking up on their unspoken cues, rather than paying too much attention to exact wording. If conversations get confusing, rather than trying to strive for clarity, seek out a more indirect approach for reaching understanding. Using images to get your point across will be far more effective than facts and figures.

As a water sign, Pisces is emotional and ambiguous, moving in the direction of least resistance. Pisces communicates best through symbols and metaphor, evoking mystery and possibility rather than certainty and clarity. As Mercury moves through Pisces, thoughts will arise from the subconscious, guiding your words and actions. Going with the flow and paying attention to messages from dreams will work in your favor. In contrast, seeking rational or overly logical approaches to problems now will likely lead to frustration and irritation. Reality checks can come in handy however, so before you act on that impossible dream, you may want to run it by a few people you trust.

Romantic Pisces can help you to find new ways to open up to a partner, connecting in a way that goes beyond words and touches their deepest dreams and fantasies. Flow with the magical mystery of this sign and let yourself drift in a realm of infinite possibility.

  1. Yea….received a V-day graphics on my FB wall from someone that was a VERY clear message. Problem is…this dude was the best friend and roommate of my kids’ father way before we met and for the first 4 years that we were together. That’s how he knows me and knows the type of person I am. Weird and creepy and no thanks! That’s just….ew. Who in the hell tries to get with the woman who dealt with their ex-bestie years later? I had no idea why he sought me out on FB. It was cool, because we got along real good as friends back in the day, but that’s just….wrong and uh…hell no.

Anyone who knows Pi, knows that we don’t think of things in that way immediately and I honestly didn’t think about it when he sent it…I was like, “Awwww….you’re such a sweetheart…love you Dude!” Like I said…thought NOTHING of it. Then a friend of mine saw it and was like…”Uhhhhhhh…yea…did you REALLY look at that thing and see what he said?” Then she got my brain to clickin and so I checked his status/page to see if he’d sent anyone else Valentine’s Day wishes. Nope. I was the ONLY one. **Sutekh’s famous face palm right here**. SMH…just creepy. No thanks. I know it seems like I’m trying to be difficult, but I’m not. I just have a clear boundary when it comes to “Smashin the homies.” I don’t get with my ex’s friends and I don’t get with my friend’s ex’s. No mixing and mingling. Grosses me out just thinking about it.
