The Buddha taught that all of life is impermanence, and that only by forming attachments to the structures in our life can we go wrong. Of course, The Buddha never had to put up with the kind of job stress and yammering workplace idiots you’ll have to put up with today. Meditate upon this, and your urge to go berserk will fade. Maybe.
