November 14: Sun trine Uranus

November 14, 2009 by Matthew Currie

daily skyYou are a bright, shining star. You are a one-person festival of talent and attractiveness. You are the headliner in the variety show of your own life. Got that? Good. Now, quit interrupting me. What I have to say is just as important as what you have to say. We can’t all be Kanye West, pal.

  1. Charles says:

You know, my girlfriend said almost exactly those words to me, on that evening. I was standing on a streetcorner talking to her, she interrupted me, and I said "hey let me finish what I was saying." She screamed back, "If you want to talk with me, I will interrupt you sometimes and you'll have to learn to deal with that!" And then she ran out into oncoming traffic. I chased her (a little cautiously) and on the other side I asked her what the hell she was doing. She said "I was getting some distance from you."
    Sheesh.
