Ever notice how your dreams of emotional fulfillment haven’t quite lined up with reality? That’s because they’re dreams, not reality. You are not being chased by a dinosaur, George Clooney is not really painting your bathroom, and you aren’t really riding a unicorn to work. Try to keep that in mind if you decide today that the solution to your problems is somehow contained in one big emotional act.
