Jason Mraz

Singer/songwriter Jason Mraz is hot stuff. His 2008 single I’m Yours hit number one on the US Adult Contemporary charts; his smooth reggae-inspired sound has made him a favorite among the coffeehouse set. He’s also into eco in a big way.

Over the past few years, Mraz has used his celebrity status to promote numerous ecologically-friendly causes, such as the Surfrider Foundation and National Resources Defense Council. He’s a raw-foodist vegan, which means he eats only unprocessed foods that haven’t come from critters in any way—no milk, no cheese, no pork chops.
