Behind the Scopes: Venus in Virgo, Mars in Libra, Mercury and Venus square Pluto

Following is my humble attempt to deconstruct Michelle Piller’s horoscopes for this week. I don’t know what she’s thinking, so I’m just using my knowledge of astrology to figure them out. She’s told me she’ll include some of her notes starting week 2 of September, so I’ll incorporate them in future “Behind the Scopes” posts. I can’t figure out some of the signs, so if you can, please help me out in the comments section.
General: Venus square Pluto, transformation of relationships: “You are being tested to give up any relationship patterns that have long passed their usefulness” … “your personal relationships are becoming the foreground where you express some powerful emotions.”
Aries: Dunno. Maybe because Aries ruler Mars is in Libra (solar Seventh House of Relationship): “If you’re partnered up, you two are in a state of symmetry.”
Taurus: Venus in Virgo (solar Fifth House of Sex, Romance and Play): “If you’re in a relationship, you really feel the joy of togetherness these days” … “mind-blowing sex” … “sheer love of life.” Mars in Libra (solar Sixth House of Health): “And if you’ve been meaning to kick-start a new health routine, the Cosmos has given you a green light to get your bod in heavenly shape.”
Gemini: Venus in Virgo (solar Fourth House of Home): “Since all of the action is at home, you might want to spruce it up. Organize closets, paint — you get the idea” … “If you’re looking for love, have an end-of-summer bash at your place”
Cancer: Mars in Libra (partner’s career is 10th from the 7th, which is Cancer’s solar 4th): “Your partner’s latest professional success is bound to put a grin on your face.” Venus in Virgo (solar Third House of Neighbors): “Looking for love? All of the action is in your ‘hood, so get thee to a local internet cafe and take in the eye candy while you surf.”
Leo: Eclipses in solar First and Seventh Houses.
Virgo: Dunno. I know many planets are in Virgo right now. That’s it. Venus in Virgo (solar First House) opposite Uranus in Pisces (solar Seventh House of Partnership): “Those of you in a relationship may be driven mad by your partner’s apparent inability to stay focused and practical. Realize that you two may be playing the same game, but from different ends of the spectrum…” (Thanks, Gauri!)
Libra: Mars (ruler of Aries and solar Seventh House) in Libra: “If you’re in a relationship, chances are good that you both see eye to eye. There’s a natural simpatico between you, so enjoy.” (But Venus doesn’t enter Libra until Saturday, when they will both be in the same sign.) Many planets in Virgo (solar Twelfth House of Subconscious and Dreams): “it’s time to turn the spotlight on your subconscious. Those dreams or obsessive thoughts are trying to tell you something about love. Listen up.”
Scorpio: Mars in Libra (solar Twelfth House of Imagination and Unconcious): “It may feel like your mojo has gone underground” … “your fertile imagination may be more exciting than a real down-to-earth suitor.” Mercury square Pluto (Mercury is ruler of Gemini, solar Eighth House of Shared Resources. Pluto is retrograde in Sagittarius, solar Second House of Money.): “If you’re mated, arguments about money are old. Is it really worth it to rehash all this stuff? If it’s this much work, ask yourself if you’re really in the right place.”
Sagittarius: Mercury square Pluto (Pluto in Sagittarius and solar First House): “It looks as though you’re ready to take on anybody who disagrees with you.”
Capricorn: Venus in Virgo (solar Ninth House of Philosophy, Higher Thought and Travel): “If you’re involved with someone, this is an ideal time to connect with each other’s mind. How similar are you in your philosophies and outlook on life?” … “you might want to consider joining a singles’ travel group, or taking a class. You’re in need of a new adventure!”
Aquarius: Venus in Virgo (solar Eighth House of Sex, Death and Regeneration): “Some old patterns in your life are ending” … “Sex can be a powerful way to connect body, mind and soul with another” … “There are still a few ghosts to lay to rest from previous relationships.”
Pisces: Venus in Virgo (solar Seventh House of Partnership): “If you’re in a relationship, it should be flourishing.” Saturn in Virgo: “you may be giving serious thought to making a lasting commitment.”

May be she is talking about the Venus (in Virgo) opposition to Uranus (in Pisces), which was I think exact over the weekend of 23rd/24th.
I like this concept of deconstructing the scopes. Gives them more meaning.

When I was little, I used to write horoscopes for panhandlers called, “Hoboscopes.” I did it because they kept harrassing me and wyoming tourists. I just write general things in a satirical way, with no astrological back ups, so now I become very weary or anything horoscope with no astrological “evidence.” Also, it is because “pop astrology” is so dominant in newspaper and websites of the like, so it looses its credibility.
