Have it your way, at Seduction Central

Blogging is a fine balance between writing about astrological topics that fire me up … and pleasing you. It’s a relationship, really. I hope that — most of the time — we want the same things. But people change over time, which means the relationship must change.
This blog has evolved since its inception. I initially wrote many short, witty Sun sign posts. Recently, the blog has been entering more complex territory — which may appeal to serious students of astrology, but turn off beginners who feel they’re in over their heads.
I’ve broken down recent content into the following categories. Please let me know which types of articles you like the most. You can vote for more than one. I’m listening.
(If the typeface in the poll is too small, try here.)

i would like to vote AGAINST the sun signs. unless we are def talking ego plays in relationships in general it feels a little cosmo horoscopey tho if anyone can pull it off im sure its you. i like the exploratory posts but with some basic nuggets to get ur teeth into. not to say hyped up philosophical necessarily, a bit of sauce or radicalism is always a winner. w/complexer posts even if like me u dont know anythin, it gives u something to be excited and look forward to like look how much there is out there. ultimately it is all for variety though.
I really like it when you have the description of something in detail. Like the “Men with Aquarius Venus” post, and you give scenarios. It’s more “public” and kind of fun.
However, you learn a lot about reader’s question and chart analysis as well. Unfortunately, I don’t think it provides a good “reference” and it’s more personal, less “public.”
I like to come back to this site and pull the article off of something specific. Going into detail about a Mars Sign is good for me. The great observation posts are ones that I really like!
My Monday Love and Sex Horoscope doesn’t seem to be so popular, as the poll results are shaping up. I am probably writing it mostly for myself — to force myself to stay on top of mundane transits. Any feedback? Other than writing 12 Signs (too much work!), do you have any suggestions? Or is it that every other astroblogger writes about what’s going on in the sky?
i like those actually – generally i have no specific comments for them but it is interesting for me to consider what general vibe is in the air that week, qu’est-ce que c’est dans les stars n all that, and see if i get that same wiff in the air in real life.
also that is something i NEVER would know myself, it would be too much effort to figure it out at my level so i consider this like ‘public service’ by you that i appreciate.
oh, another point on that though, maybe for people who look to the horoscope literally to get info on what to prep for in their love and sex lives, the fact that it is weekly makes it less relevant. one week is relatively quick and there is overwhelming incentive to shrug it off and whatev i’ll see what’s up next week – why bother worrying about this. unless its some super fab looking week ill just grin and smile and move on. (i mean that even if what you are saying will continue for (way) over a week, it feels easier to ignore since next week some new tidbit is on the way and u will just effectively forget about the old trend even if its still motion. or maybe it is just me i suddenly feel very self consciously gemini)
this being said to give each horoscope itself more weight maybe making it monthly ups the gravity factor. u can bat your eyelashes at a week but not so many can languish away the months like a jupiter-pisces like me can lol.
the only problem is that monthly horoscopes are uncommonly long. I myself lose patience when I have to read a month’s worth of transits.
Interesting.
