On Tuesday, Mercury conjoins Venus in in Aquarius. The communication planet receives a big dose of charm, allowing you to add lyrics to your seduction toolkit. However, your communication style can still be jarring due to Aquarius’ revolutionary zeal — Venus simply makes your unconventional chatter go down easier. This is also a good time to talk about your need for space in your relationship, or have fun conversing with friends.
There are no other major aspects this week, other than the Moon’s transits. The Moon moves through a sign every 2 1/2 days, so it makes some kind of aspect to every planet. The transits of the Moon are short-lived, and relate to changing moods. We might feel pleasure when the Moon trines Venus, and depressed when it opposes Saturn.

Found this quote this morning; thought it might be an appropriate “Tuesday-quote”, with the Mars-Pluto opposition still active, and Neptune widely conjunct Chiron. And if not, it’s still an important insight;)
The planet which is the traditional ruler of your first house, or ascendant, is your chart ruler.
Therefore the Moon being the ruler of Cancer would make a Cancer rising the most affected by the transits of the Moon.
I have to agree because I’m a Cancer rising and the Moon makes me crazy. Depends on the aspects to your natal and progressed Moon also. My natal Moon is stressed; my progressed Moon is blessed.
