I was in a relationship with a cancer man over the last year. He was affectionate and loving. Emotionally and physically, we connected on a higher level. The problem is, I’m an over achiever (as most Taurus are). I work very hard and am looking forward to a bright financial future. On the other hand, my cancer did not believe in hard work, was not doing well financially, living with a friend and wasting money left and right. He felt sorry for everyone and had an excuse for everyone’s screw ups (including his own). This weighed on me heavily as I couldn’t bare to watch!! And I knew we couldn’t have any future together the way things were. So I took him to lunch and let him know how I felt. He was very offended and I haven’t talked to him since. That was about a month ago. To me, that is very childish as he is 39 and I am 41. We are not babies!!

I have recently met a capricorn. He seems very mature and responsible. Just the type of guy that I like. I think we are on the same level and think similarly about things. We’ll see how this goes. I am hopeful.

I’m a cancer man and we do have mood swings quite often, but some of us have had them so much in the past we know how to deal with them and move on in about 3 minutes. Yes, we do try to make things look as best as we can because most of us are very artistic (I know I am.). Not going to tell a lie neither, we are sensitive as well…it is just how we are programmed and it sucks sometimes. Hell, sometimes I hate being very sensitive when I wish I was not.

Also, if you meet the right one, we feel attraction forever for some damn reason. Not all of us are Mama’s boys…I’m not. I can take care of myself by myself.

Im A Taurus woman, in a 10 year relationship with a Cancer man. I love him very dearly. We have had ALOT of hard times, still, we stick together. I think that most Taurus women cant help but be attracted to Cancer men. We need and love the affection and attention. I know I do. I was married to a COLD Libra man for 18 years. All he did was cheat on me. He was NEVER happy with anything I ever did for him. My Cancer man is soooo grateful and appreciative of every little thing I do for him. He’s wonderful!!!

I think that Taurus women does well with other earth signs (Caps & Virgos), but i think its too much “earthiness” together. I think that’s why we have such a gravitational pull towards water signs (Cancer, Scorps & Pisces). They are a little like us, but different. Sometimes being with someone very similar to yourself gets a little boring.

I am a Capricorn male in this Romantic comedy and it is not funny… at all. Me and my girlfriend attended school at Jobcorps where she got to know a cancer male she then felt as if I was not paying her enough attention so she left me for him after 4 years of relations. It really sucks being a Capricorn in this aspect.

OK…I was married to a Cancer man for 11 years, and he walked out on my sons and I (after a year of emotional abuse) two weeks before their 6th birthday because he was cheating with an employee. He was such a horrid Mama’s Boy that it wreaked havoc on our marriage from day one. He was emotionally infantile, clingy and controlling. And incredibly CHEAP, yet he leeched onto me when he had nothing…became successful, then wouldn’t spend a dime on us. A complete CREEP…cold, mood swings, undersexed, flirt and cheater, liar, etc. Cancer Men are AWFUL and very effeminate. They are mama’s boys who never grow up,and feel entitled to be coddled, yet give very little in return. STAY AWAY…

Now, to answer the question, Cancers may change a lot in perspective and in moods, but they rarely change their loyalties (as they are now emotionally attached to them and it would hurt too much), or even their habits. They resist change and are always clinging to the past. Cancer is basically best described by the mother….nurturing others by dedicating her time and energy to soothe people’s emotions. Capricorn is best described by the father….nurturing others by giving practical advice to get people’s lives in order and soothing emotional problems by waking the person up to reality. Cancers are most familiar with their inner world, living life through the eyes of an adolescent but not having much experience, while capricorns are most familiar with actual experience in the real world but not much time to listen to their inner world because of troubles they have always had to deal with in the real world. They mostly have the same attitudes about the world, but they have reached the same attitudes through two different ways, as you can see. One an emotional intuitive way, and the other a “what’s most practical?” way. As a result, the cancer is very tuned in to their emotions, while the capricorn is very tuned into handling things the best way possible, resulting in the cancer having changing moods, affected sensitivities, and an emotional expression, and the capricorn having a calmer demeanor with very little changing moods. Basically, choosing one or the other depends on who you think would balance out your personality more. For a Taurus I think the best choice would be a Cancer because even though a Capricorn is very compatible to you, it is all much too peaceful and so it can get quite boring. With a Cancer, however, a Taurus experiences life with someone who sees life through a lens a bit different than theirs…but one which they also need incorporated into their life. Even though a cancer needs a lot of reassurance and has varying mood swings, there are many things a Cancer sees which a Taurus doesn’t. Cancer has a lot more emotional understanding than a Taurus…and that means that cancer is much more considerate of others emotions. So cancer can teach taurus some things they did not know, while, taurus can also teach cancer some things they didn’t know. When you deal with a cancer you should always expect to deal with someone who needs a lot of reassurance, but eventually you will get to know someone with a lot of wisdom to share. Just like Capricorn, Cancer takes a long time to truly open up, but when they do you will be amazed by Cancers’ insights into the human mind. Cancers can read other people very well, for example, which is something that Taurus cannot do. They intuitively know things, which Taurus is pretty bad at because they think if they cannot see it, then it is not real, but Cancer teaches them differently. Cancers are naturally very analytical and are deep thinkers, and this is how they get their wisdom—from their keenly observative nature and the help of their intuition. If anyone needs help understanding their own emotions, just call on a Cancer, and they’ll tell you why you feel a certain way. An earth sign, however, will tell you why you shouldn’t feel that way and why feeling that way isn’t realistic. Sometimes earth signs need to know why they feel a certain way, because sometimes they do things and have no idea why they do it. Water signs however are never at a loss as to why they do the things they do as they are always in touch with their feelings because of their intuitive outlook. That’s why earth signs need water signs……and vice versa. But mainly, why a Taurus would be happier in the long run with a Cancer more than with a Capricorn. It’s because they would each help the other get out of their ruts. One needs to be more in touch with their feelings to feel fulfilled (Taurus), and the other needs to be more in touch with reality to feel fulfilled (Cancer)….. it’s that simple. That’s why two earth signs together would get to be too boring…too much concentration on only reality and not feelings.

hi,
definitely a Capricorn man is suitable for a Tauras woman.Both belong to Earth element. will have better understanding. need not struggle much to understand one another’s needs.
As humans we are supposed to learn live with anyone, but definitely not straining ourselves. so as far as my knowledge goes, I recommend a Caps. man for a bull woman.They will have better compatibility.
